1. Doorstep Open-Box Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the customer's doorstep, where the customer will be required to open and inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel.
2. No Return/No Refund/No Exchange: Once the package is opened and inspected by the customer at the doorstep, it will be considered accepted and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
3. Customer Acknowledgement: By accepting the delivery and opening the package at the doorstep, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected the package and its contents and are satisfied with the delivery.
4. No Exceptions: This policy applies to all deliveries and there will be no exceptions. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package and its contents before accepting the delivery.
